15- unstained slides , 1 H&E stained slide This assay is a next-generation sequencing test (multiplexed amplification-based) which allows detection of BRCA1 and BRCA2 variants in somatic samples . It detects point mutations and small insertion/deletion in all coding regions (exons) in BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes with a limit of detection of more than 5% allele frequency.
