16ml Liquid biopsy (cfDNA) is a next generation sequencing (NGS) based test designed to empower personalized treatment decisions in patients with lung cancer microsatellite instability (MSI) . The detection is based on DNA, and utlizes unique molecular barcode (UMI) for digital error correction with limit of detection equal to 0.1% allele frequency .
