Draw a 5ml Blood or Bone-Marrow in lavendor-top tube (EDTA) mex well . Formallin fixed tissue : unstained 3-5 sections 10u in 1.5 ml tube or on slide. Fresh tissue : should be sent on ice ( withen 4 hrs) or on dry ice ( fomr more than 4 hrs).
