"5.0 ml EDTA Whole Blood, deliver at Ambient temp within 24 hours from time of collection. Provide all the following: 1-Clinical information 2-Indication for electrophoresis 3-Family history if there is any 4-History of iron or recent blood transfusion 5-A report of recent CBC, if not available, will be done at additional charge. 6-A report or sample for iron profile including ferritin( if not available, will be done at additional charge). Sickle cell test code H00351 will be ordered at additional charges if seems required by KFSHRC hematopathologist. "
