Frozen 3 ml serum Includes the following tests: Copeptin pro AVP ((Serum frozen) sample 1 after 8 h fluid deprivation Copeptin pro AVP (Serum frozen) sample 2 after 16 h fluid deprivation Natrium (s) sample 2 after 16 h fluid deprivation t is in total 3 samples. The samples should show which is no. 1, no. 2, no. 3 To determine the Copeptin proAVP index, two blood samples must be taken after 8 h and after 16 h of thirst to determine 2 x Copeptin proAVP (sample 1 + 2) and 1 x serum sodium (sample 2 after 16 h). The first blood sample should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach after 8 h of thirst, no coffee, tea or nicotine before the blood sample is taken, if necessary discontinue medication 48 hours beforehand.
