EDTA tube, 3 ml ( WITHOUT SEPERATION) OR 8.5 mL Whole Blood, acid citrate dextrose. (Minimum 5 mL) At room temp. Deliver to Lab within 24 hrs. Note: A diagnostic tool with 8.5% false positive in doubtful cases of ankylosing spondylitis and Reiter's disease kindly note: this test performed once in the patient life; the result will not be changed
