15- unstained slides , 1 H&E stained slide The HRD Profiling Panel is a next-generation sequencing (NGS) based in vitro diagnostic test designed to assess homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) in tumors.This panel provides qualitative detection and classification of single nucleotide variants (SNVs), insertions and deletions (Indels), and large rearrangement variants in BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes. Additionally, the test determines the Genomic Scare Score (GSS), an algorithmic measurement of Loss of Heterozygosity (LOH) using 24,000 SNPs across the genome.
