15- unstained slides , 1 H&E stained slide The Pancreatic Cancer Profiling Panel is a next-generation sequencing (NGS) based test that utilizes the probe chemistry to detecte to detect single nucelotide variants (SNVs), insertions and deletions (Indels), and copy number variations (CNVs) in 15 genes associated with Pancreatic cancer from blood and or tissue FFPE Block specimens (somatic and germline mutation detection) . In addition the panel is designed to detect fusion in 12 key cancer genes, the panel also evaluates microsatellite instability (MSI) status (MSS, MSI-H). The test has a limit of detection of 5% allele frequency.
