15- unstained slides , 1 H&E stained slide The Lung Cancer Profiling Panel is a next-generation sequencing (NGS) based test designed to provide comprehensive genomic profiling of lung cancer tumors. Utilizing advanced probe-based chemistry, this panel detects single nucleotide variants (SNVs), insertions and deletions (Indels), copy number variations (CNVs), and gene fusions across a targeted set of 40 genes known to be associated with lung cancer including the recommended NCCN guidelines genes including but not limited to : EGFR, ERBB2, ALK, ROS1, KRAS, BRAF. The test also evaluates Microsatellite instability (MSI) status is also determined (MSS, MSI-H), The test has a limit of detection of 5%
