15- unstained slides , 1 H&E stained slide The Melanoma Profiling Panel is a next-generation sequencing (NGS) based test that utilizes probe chemistery to provide comprehensive genomic profiling of melanoma tumors. This panel detects single nucleotide variants (SNVs), insertions and deletions (Indels), and copy number variations (CNVs) across 20 key genes known to be associated with melanoma and 12 key cancer gene fusions with a detection limit of 5% allele frequency . The test also evaluates microsatellite instability (MSI) status (MSS, MSI-H).
