15- unstained slides , 1 H&E stained slide The Renal Cancer Profiling Panel is a next-generation sequencing (NGS) based test designed to provide comprehensive genomic profiling of renal cancer tumors. Utilizing advanced probe-based chemistry, this panel detects single nucleotide variants (SNVs), insertions and deletions (Indels), copy number variations (CNVs), and gene fusions across a 30-gene panel known to be associated with renal cancer in addition to detection of fusions in 12 key cancer related genes with a limit of detection of 5% allele frequency. The test also evaluates microsatellite instability (MSI) status (MSS, MSI-H).
