15- unstained slides , 1 H&E stained slide The Thyroid Cancer Focus Profiling Panel (DNA/RNA) is a focous genetic test designed to identify mutations associated with thyroid cancer This panel utilizes next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology to analyze SNVs, INDELS,CNVs in 4 gene mutations in tissue FFPE Block specimens . The test is also designed to detect gene fusions accorss 12 key cancer genes and evaluates microsatellite instability (MSI) status .
