15- unstained slides , 1 H&E stained slide The Breast Cancer Focus Profiling Panel is a comprehensive genetic test designed to identify mutations associated with breast cancer This panel utilizes next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology to analyze SNVs, INDELS,CNVs in 25 genes in from tissue FFPE Block specimens (somaticmutations). The test is also designed to detect gene fusions accorss 12 key cancer genes and evaluates microsatellite instability (MSI) status (MSS, MSI-H).
